Olga Bokalova

Olga is a degree-qualified naturopath with over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and over 9 years of clinical naturopathic medicine experience. She is a member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia. Her own healing journey – navigating burnout, injury, chronic fatigue, and deep emotional trauma – called her to this work and allows her to hold space with empathy, precision, and care.

Olga is passionate about empowering her clients to achieve optimal health by uncovering the underlying causes of their concerns. She utilizes functional testing, including comprehensive DNA testing (incorporating methylation pathways), microbiome assessment, and functional medicine reviews of blood test results.

With a background in personal training and additional training in Emotion Release Technique (ERT) and Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry Psychotherapy Aproach, Olga uniquely blends naturopathic medicine with somatic-based psychotherapy for deep emotional and physical healing. She is currently completing further training in Embodied Processing (Somatic Therapy), Root-Cause Therapy, and Somatic Acupoint Tapping to further enhance her unique framework for healing trauma.
