Jake Bradshaw
My journey as a chiropractor began throughout my childhood and teen years, being involved in countless sporting events, even travelling overseas to play soccer. With 5 years of University and my sporting background, I was a very evidence based chiropractor. It wasn’t until my own health took a turn 2 years into practicing, that I deeply valued the holistic side of health and its endless benefits. This has translated into my practice where I see pain as a sign that there is dysfunction in ones nervous system. Chiropractic adjustments in combination with rehabilitation and lifestyle wellness create a thriving, happy and pain free human.
I tend to specialise in pain and positive pain management with various types of chiropractic adjustments and soft tissues techniques.
After years of study, practice, and personal sports injuries requiring rehabilitation, I recognise the tremendous value in a holistic approach to health care. Examples, such as, dieting correctly, getting quality sleep, being mindful and breathing correctly have been crucial components of my own recovery and health. I endeavour to integrate the scientific and evidence-based aspects of my discipline with additional approaches, tailoring treatments to individual needs, with a focus on improving pain, function and overall wellbeing.
