No, a referral is not required. If you have relevant reports or scans related to your appointment, then please bring them along. Your individual practitioner can discuss this with you.

For eligible private health fund services we have a HICAPS machine onsite for on-the-spot rebates.

We understand that there are times when you will need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. Our shared policy stands that all cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments take place 24 hours prior to the date of your originally scheduled appointment. If you are unable to fulfill these requirements or you miss a booked appointment, 50% of your scheduled service fee will be charged and an account issued.
